My greatest strength is that I am result-oriented self starter with a propensity for detail and organization. My professional work experience delivers this fact where I exceeded management expectations by organizing the work flow, creating policies and procedures, establishing controls and continued improvement of the accounting department.
I have a tendency to get impaitent even when the situation does not warrant or with team members who do not have have the same pace as me but I'm learning to manage this. I make sure that they have the right resources for the job, I follow up to see that they are on track and I step in and help when needed.

I aspire to continue to do so and also build up new skills and abilities while making the most of my opportunities.
