  • Maintained the integrity of company data, trained employees on Sage MAS90 modules, Word, and Excel. Set-up, upgraded and maintained soundness of file server backups, network, and e-mail.

  • Partnered with operations executives to develop the business plan, capital expenditure plan, operational strategies and goals, the annual operating budget and related performance metrics.
  • Re-filed California income tax returns for a net $125K Enterprise Zone Credit; identified and re-filed for $26K refund of overpaid California sales tax, re-filed L&I Workmen's Compensation and received a $37K refund. All of these actions were upheld by taxing agency audits.
  • Appealed to King County Board of Equalization and won a 25% reduction of the Assessors Certified Value of the Woodinville, Washington plant.
  • Participated in cross-functional teams to implement process improvement, "Best Practices" initiatives and to develop meaningful daily, weekly and monthly operational reporting.
