I have vast and varied experience in all types of office environments, am a team player and take my responsibilities very seriously. I am a quick learner and take initiative to streamline processes and increase efficiency and productivity.

My greatest strength is my tenacity. I will follow a project through to completion by doing whatever it takes to get the job done.

I would say that my greatest weakness is also one of my greatest strengths which is attention to detail. Sometimes I can tend to get bogged down in the details if I am not careful to stay focused on the primary objective.

While working at Adecco Temporary Services I gain a reputation of being able to work with any kind of supervisor. Due to my ability to adapt to varied situations and personalities, I was often sent in to what were referred to as "difficult manager" assignments; those assignments where other temporary workers had had difficulty working with a particular manager. I was able to not only complete the assignment successfully, but also effect a positive outcome.

The largest projects I have ever worked on were at Aegis and First Nationwide Mortgage. In both cases, I was part of a team who performed post-audit reviews of thousands of files in response to deficiencies noted in state audits. These reviews called upon my attention to detail and determination to complete the large amount of reviews necessary to achieve the required objectives.

I am a better choice due to my wide and varied experience as both an office worker and office manager. I have spent many years as a temporary worker and was exposed to all kinds of office environments and supervisor personalities which helped to mold my versatility. I have experience in not only the routine of running an office, but also in compliance analysis, database administration, personnel management, and complaint resolution. My attention to detail is excellent; I tend to identify discrepancies that other people do not.

While I was with Aegis Mortgage, I adapted a paper-based loan review system to a computer-based review system that automatically fed the information to a simplistic report. I then tweaked this information to create a more user-friendly report for use by upper management.

My co-workers would describe me as hard working, determined, and organized. They would say that I am friendly but professional.
