- operated machines,look for defects such as, flash,shorts,burn marks,pin marks,blemishes,etc...
- material handler from 2001-2002
- i was responsible for maintaing the material hoppers are full and make sure that the resin was at the right drying temp.also i was responsible for housekeeping.
- set-up from 2002-2003
- my duties were to do mold changes,secure the mold to the plattens using clamps and bolts,i made sure the mold had sufficient water flow.
- process technician from 2003-2011
- i started up machines and i would troubleshoot till i had parts that were up to spec.
- tool and die,p.m tech,apprentice from 2011-2012
- did p.m work on tools.also machined slides,ejector pins and gibs using milling machines,surface grinders, and bench work.
