• Worked With Shapoorji Pallonji Construction Ltd (an established construction company for more than 130 yrs, working internationally on various mega projects) was posted at Rudarapur for Tata Motors project, for construction of factories in 890 acres of area (4.30 million sq. yards) project value (33 million us dollars).worked as Project Head, duties included—planning, monitoring, scheduling, daily review meetings with clients, reporting to management, etc.

Project Manager - August 2004 - March 2006

• Worked with Parsvnath Developers Ltd. (One of the top most builders developers in India, was deputed at Exotica Project in Gurgaon (Haryana, India) border state of New Delhi), as a Project Manager for the construction of multistohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1SlaJl0tl8ried residential flats (from 12-19 storied buildings) spread in an area of 29 acres (140,360 sq yards) costing (75 million us dollars) duties included—day to day planning, monitoring, scheduling, arrangement for workforce, negotiation of rates with P.r.ws (petty rate workers) award of work after taking approval from management, preparation of weekly progress report, meetings with architects, etc.

Senior Manager - March 1997 - May 2003

• Worked with Som Datt Builders Ltd. (a company of international repute with projects to its credit in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Algeria, Jordan, Bangkok etc. I worked as an independent in charge for quarrying, and crushing plant at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India for National Highway II- A. As a package project, was responsible for complete set up of quarrying and crushing unit of 150 T.P.H. aggregate producing plant of (NORDBERG) German Make, MORTH (Ministry of road transport and highways.). Specifications and after completing the installation and successful running of the plant was transferred, as a Senior Manager for four lane, and strengthening of national highway- 1, between Ambala-Rajpur sector of Punjab, state of India, from km 212+000 to km 228+000, funded by the World Bank. My responsibility was to take care of the structural works.

Datt Medi Care products Pvt. Ltd. (India).

Construction Manager - August 1993 - February 1997

• Worked with Datt Medi Care products Pvt Ltd, a sister concern of Som Datt Builders Ltd for the construction of (100% export oriented unit) factory at Roj ka meo (Sohna) in Haryana, state of India as Construction Manager, was fully responsible for the construction activities i.e. from takeover of site from the authorities to complete execution. After Completion of Factory, was in charge for a multistoried building commercial project at Barakhamba road, New Delhi.

M/s DLF Construction & Engineering Ltd. (India).

Asst. Project Manager - July 1991 - July 1993

• M/s DLF New Delhi (the top most Builders and Developers of India) worked as an Asst. Project Manager for infrastructure development and housing project at Qutab Enclave phase III - Gurgaon was responsible from execution stage to completion of the duplex units spread in an area of 39 acres (189,000 sq yards).

Civil Engineer - April 1980 - June 1991

• Som Datt Builders Ltd. worked in head office, New Delhi, assisted for preparation of national and international tenders, looked after Timarpur Housing Project, worked for coordination between Kanpur (landmark hotel five star) and Delhi H.O., was responsible for the construction of two Farm Houses at Mehrauli independently, consisting of one in Asola, of 8 acres and the other in Aryabhat of 6 acres, complete in all respect, consisting of boundary walls, landscaping, roads, houses, swimming pool, pergola, temple, jogging tracks, mounds, waterfalls, pavilion servant quarters, etc.
• Performed as a civil engineer on a project for completion of Indian Embassy School building in SAUDI ARABIA, structural work as well as finishing works. Completed a project as a Civil Engineer for the precast R.C.C. panels for a pre-fabricated housing project, in IRAQ, (BASRAH & BAIJI) on imported horizontal and vertical moulds of (Larson & Neilson) of Denmark by steam curing, in addition to Preparation of daily cast program.

Junior Engineer - March 1979 - April 1980

• Worked with M/s Tirath Ram Ahuja Pvt Ltd. for the vertical expansion of the Ashoka Hotel (Owned by Indian Tourism Development Corporation]. Two storey’s, of which included an addition of 97 luxury rooms.
