    • Conceived, developed and implemented the Storefinder single number call routing system that became the basis for Advanced Intelligent Network and Local Number Portability in the U.S.
    • Designed, implemented, and supported a nationwide Frame Relay based Wide Area Network.
    • Successfully advocated the deployment of Caller ID before state and federal authorities resulting in virtual elimination of driver robberies, saving the company $40 million annually in the reduction of undeliverable orders.
