  • Manage the Technology and Product Development activities for Herbicide and Plant Growth Regulator products in the North American Region.

  • Lead the cross-functional regional Herbicide and PGR teams and meetings to meet strategic needs

  • Responsible for a nine state region including Arkansas, Louisiana, western Mississippi, Missouri, the Great Plains states of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma and the southwestern states of New Mexico and Texas.
  • Responsibilities and Activities:
  • Develop protocols for evaluation of fungicide, insecticide, herbicide and plant growth regulating products in a variety of row and tree crops and for livestock insect control and place with private contract research organizations and university cooperators
